We started Peregrine Systems to run Salesforce engagements the way we believe they should be run: senior operators owning the work end-to-end, honest conversations about what actually needs to be built, and systems designed to remain understandable as the business evolves.

Our background is in building and operating systems, not just configuring software. We approach Salesforce as operational infrastructure — something teams rely on every day to make decisions, coordinate work, and keep the business moving.

Much of the industry optimizes for scale on the consulting side instead of clarity on the client side. Calls go unanswered. Work gets handed downward. The senior expert from the pitch disappears once the contract is signed.
